THE POSITION-  A most attractive and  well maintained 3 bedroom detached villa situated in Peyia Village, Paphos at the end of a cul de sac so has the benefit of no passing traffic. Distance to the actual village centre is approximately 1km. Distance to Coral Bay which is the largest beach area in Paphos is approximately 3kms. Paphos town and main harbour area are easily reached by a straight coastal drive taking about 10 minutes. The appealing area of St George where you will find another smaller harbour and beach area with some excellent local tavernas is just a 5 minute drive away.  You can also reach the relaxing and attractive district of Polis and Latchi and take in the pleasing little villages along the way within a 20 minute drive. So all in all an excellent position to enjoy all the areas of Paphos.  Estimated time from Paphos airport is 40 minutes with Larnaca  an easy and straight motorway drive of about 2 hours.

THE VILLA- This lovely spacious villa is open plan and has 2  large seating  areas including  2 easy to use sofa beds. There is also  TV and radio cassette player, dining table and chairs for 8 guests plus a highchair. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils inlcuding electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, hob and microwave. Utility room and guest toilet.  Stairs lead to the 3 twin bedrooms with the  master bedroom having an en suite bathroom.  There is also another full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors to the upstairs balcony which also has a table and four chairs to help enjoy the pleasant view in comfort and maybe watch the sunset over a cool relaxing drink..   Each bedroom benefits from air conditioning which is included in the cost of the villa rental plus bedside tables, dressing tables and plenty of cupboard space. Linen and house towels are provided for each person and there is a washing  machine for your convenience.  The villa is prepared for your arrival and also on your departure.  Any extra bed changes and cleaning can be organised for you upon request with an extra payment made directly to the housekeeper.  

Double patio doors lead from the living area to the roomy covered veranda which offers welcome shade by the pool and also has garden table and chairs.  The outside garden is most agreeable and has a 8 x 4 m swimming pool, sun beds, and a lovely built in barbeque area plus many lush plants, flowers and trees. As this is the last villa in a small cul de sac it it offers reasonable privacy and isn't overlooked, there is also an attractive  high hedge between this and the next door villa.

There is also off the road car parking available positioned by the kitchen entrance.  Access into this villa is from 4pm onwards with departure on the last day at 10:30am.  If an alternative time for arrival or departure is required please ask and we will organise if at all possible.  The swimming pool is taken care of during your stay.
