THE POSITION - This is a newly built villa with good facilities, including air conditioning in all three bedrooms available upon request. . It is approx 1.7kms from the centre of the popular village of Peyia . where you will find some
good local tavernas, bars and supermarket etc. Peyia Village is 3kms from the best sandy beach area of Paphos called Coral Bay which is a larger self contained area offering various shops, bars, restaurants and banks. The area of Kato Paphos where you will find the harbour plus many historical and archealogical sites incuding the Medieval Fort, the ancient amphitheatre, the House of Dionysos and Tombs of the Kings is along the coast road from Coral Bay, a distance of approximately 10kms straight drive. Kato Paphos also has a large water park, aquarium, 10 pin bowling, 3 cinemas plus small childrens indoor soft play area all within a short and easy drive from this villa so you can have the best of both worlds with the feel of being away from it all in the countryside and yet within a 2-15 minute drive you are in amongst all that Paphos has to offer for a lovely holiday.

THE VILLA - The villa itself comprises of attractive entrance with Greek pillars leading into expansive living/dining and well fitted kitchen area offering washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, large fridge freezer electric kettle, toaster and normal kitchen utensils. The living accommodation is extremely spacious and open plan in style with seating and dining area plus large fully fitted kitchen plus feature window stretching from floor to ceiling to maximize the hillside views. Outside offers lots of parking and garden space and lovely countryside views.

The master bedroom has walk in wardrobes and en suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms both with plenty of fitted wardrobe space. There is also another full bathroom plus guest toilet. All three bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto the most agreeable pool / patio area. This spacious outside area offers solid wooden gazebo with wooden bench and table furniture to comfortably seat at least 6 guests. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with 6 sun-beds, 2 umbrellas plus extra garden table with 6 chairs.
Behind the swimming pool is an attractive grassed area perfect for children with delightful views of the countryside all around .

Air conditioning is available at CYP2.50 per unit per day, there are 3 units in the villa, one in each of the bedrooms. This can be arranged upon request and paid locally in cash on arrival .

Normal access time is 4pm on the day of arrival with departure on the last day at 11am. If alternative times are required please so ask as we will be happy to organise this for you if at all possible.
