The Position

These four  attractive  villas are located on an elevated position with sea views, only a couple of minutes drive to Kato Paphos which is the main tourist area with its many restaurants bars, shops, harbour area plus various historical sites, also only  5 minute drive  to Coral Bay which is the main beach area in Paphos offering watersports, beach bar and shower facilites. There are many other smaller beach areas very close by.  Paphos town is only a few minutes drive away which has a pleasant local fruit and vegetable market plus local handy crafts etc. This villa is well positioned to reach all facilities very quickly. A car is recommended when staying these villas.

The Villas

 There are 4 villas altogether two detached and two in the middle making a semi-detached. The design is on three levels, you can drive into the driveway/parking area which leads to a small downstairs open patio  with small kitchenette by the swimming pool (which is also at the front of the villa) making it very useful when by the pool. This ground floor patio area also has a shower and toilet. Stairs lead to the main living floor, this has a large sitting room at the front of the villa with double patio doors leading onto the spacious balcony with sea views large screen TV satellite and pay phone. . Next to the living room is the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. This includes washing machine, fridge / freezer , microwave, electric cooker, toaster, kettle plus all usual kitchen utensils. Dining area for 6 people. There is another washroom with toilet on this floor. The stairs lead to the second floor which has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room and the two front bedrooms share a separate full bathroom. Each bedroom has air-conditioning available if required at CYP2.50  per unit per day upon request and paid locally if required.

To the front of the villa is the swimming pool which is 3.5 metres by 7.5 metres.  Garden table and chairs plus sun beds and umbrellas.  The villas are separated by a  wall with another 1m  fence on top for added privacy.  There is also off road parking.
