THE AREA
James Villa is a brand new 3 bedroom detached villa with large private pool and its own enclosed garden area. There is parking by the villa and the area is already developed ( but not densly) with no nearby building work going on.  This villa is in an excellent position away from the main roads but a genuine  couple of minutes drive to reach the main beach and area  of Coral Bay which has many restaurants, bars and shops etc, the harbour and Kato Paphos is a straight 10 minute drive along the coast as is Paphos town.  Peyia Village is about 2kms away and they have some excellent local tavernas, local supermarket, pub, takeaways and local church.  Just along in the other direction from Coral Bay about 5 mintues drive or so you will find St George, another little fishing port and beach area. The Akamas which is a protected undeveloped countryside area can be reached within 10 minutes.  Polis and Latchi further to the North coast of Paphos are well worth a visit and the drive from this villa is one road directly through Peyia Village over the hills and takes approximately 20 minutes. Paphos airport is no more than a  40 minute drive.

The pleasing entrance of the villa leads  into the upstairs where you will find 3 attractive bedrooms nicely furnished with dressing tables, bedside tables, lights and plenty of wardrobe space, each bedroom has its own bath or shower room and a/c unit (which is available upon request at an extra cost of CYP2.50 per unit per day).  Two of the bedrooms lead out onto the upstairs balcony which overlooks the rear garden, pool and hills.  There is a table and chairs on this balcony so you are able to enjoy the views or watch over the pool and garden in comfort.  Stairs lead to the downstairs living/dining and kitchen area which is very spacious and open plan.  There you will find seating for 6 guests, comfortable 3 piece suite, TV, CD/cassette, radio plus various coffee tables.  The kitchen is very well equipped with dish washer, washing machine, large fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster plus of course all the necessary kitchen utensils and T towels.  Patio doors lead to the covered patio area by the pool where you will find garden table and chairs plus sun-beds to soak up all the wonderful sunshine.  There are walk in steps leading into the delightful pool which is  4 x 10m  in size and sure to be a hit with all the family.

June 1st - June 30th..................800.00
July 1st - August 31st................850.00

Sept 1st - Oct 31st ..................750.00

Nov 1st - March 13th...............450.00
March 13th - May  31st............700.00

 

The above rates are applicable for 1 - 6 people.

Please Note:  Air conditioning is available upon request at an extra charge of CYP2.50 per unit per day.  For persons above the 1-6 specified above please add on GBP30 per extra  person per week. 

NORMAL ACCESS TIME INTO THIS VILLA IS 4PM AND DEPARTURE TIME ON YOUR LAST DAY IS 11AM.  IF YOU REQUIRE ALTERNATIVE TIMES TO THESE PLEASE DO ASK AS WE ARE HAPPY TO ORGANISE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
