A most attractive and pleasing luxury villa in the historic area of Ayios Neophytos, Paphos. Situated in an elevated position offering coastal and hillside views which are most picturesque, especially as the sun sets into the clear blue Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is reached by the lengthy driveway from the road which takes you to the entrance of this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached property with swimming pool. The front of the villa is laid out with marble, tiles, stone and grass, making an most suitable area for car parking and safe children’s play area. Once inside you will be struck by the quality and appeal of furniture and fittings. The entrance area has an attractive Italian -designed table and chairs; to the right is the dining area with solid wood dining table and chairs plus sideboard; this area leads into a fully fitted wooden kitchen with good facilities ie: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, central isle hob, large American-style fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, TV, kitchen table and chairs plus of course all the usual necessary kitchen utensils, including the all important bottle opener!. The back kitchen door leads onto the spacious verandah area. To the left of the main entrance are two inviting seating areas with quality and comfortable furniture plus cassette/radio system and TV. The patio doors lead onto the covered verandah which has wooden table and chairs for outdoor relaxation and of course a Barbeque for the essential pleasure of eating "al-fresco" . Steps lead down from the patio to the sunbeds which are around the kidney shaped swimming pool. The views are extensive and span most of the horizon.

There are 4 bedrooms altogether; two doubles, one of which has full en suite with corner bath, two twin rooms and another full bathroom. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and also has a shower room next to it. All bedrooms are spacious and have appealing furniture, plenty of cupboard space, side tables and dressing table plus air conditioning, which is available at a cost of CYP2 per day per unit if required. This can be organized upon arrival if preferred.

All in all this villa is most pleasing and is sure to enhance what is bound to be a wonderful, relaxing and interesting holiday here in Cyprus with plenty of sunshine just to top it all off as Cyprus is renowned for its long dry summers and short mild, bright winters.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE SURROUNDING AREA

This beautiful villa is situated in Ayios Neophytos close to the ancient Monastery of Ayios Neophytos itself with the original worshipping church built by the hand of St Neophytos into the rocky cliff side.  The village of Tala is 2  minutes drive from the Villa and offers traditional tavernas serving good food and drink  at good prices, there is also a village shop for your basic needs.  Only 2 minutes in the opposite direction to Tala is the main Paphos road which has a small shopping area with supermarket, bakery, newsagents, kiosk, takeaway etc and this is  also the road which takes you directly into Paphos town within maximum of 10 minutes. The harbour sea front area are within 15 minutes drive where you can take boat trips around the coast or maybe a glass bottom boat trip a bit closer to land.  There is also the House of Dionysis a wonderful example of ancient mosiacs plus the working amphitheatre close to the harbor.   Polis and Latchi are within approx 20 minutes drive and are well worth a visit.  You will find the pleasant village square of Polis and  close by the attractive fishing village of Latchi which is  delightful for swimming and an snorkling in the clear waters. There is something for everyone when staying in the Paphos area plus of course an average of 340 days sunshine a year just to assist in your enjoyment.
