THE VILLA - Very appealing 4 bedroom detached villa comfortably sleeps 8/10 people in the Coral Bay area of Peyia. Very large fitted kitchen with seating for 8 people, dishwasher, washing machine, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and cooker with extractor fan and all standard kitchen utensils.

The kitchen leads out on to a large barbeque area with outside sink and plenty of surface space. The living area is open plan and has TV and video, cassette/radio/CD. This area opens out from patio doors and front door onto a cool covered veranda with flowers and shrubs.

Downstairs has open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin plus full bathroom and extra washroom/toilet. Stairs lead to the upstairs, which has another 2 bedrooms again, 1 double and 1 twin plus full bathroom and extra toilet/washroom. There is also another spacious living area upstairs opening out from double patio doors onto an extensive veranda which stretches all along the front and around the side of the villa offering pleasing sea and countryside views of the area. Air conditioning is available upon request in all four bedrooms at CYP2.50 per day per unit upon request. This can be organised and paid for locally if required.

All bedrooms have a sea view and the villa has no immediate neighbours. The well-maintained and clean swimming pool which is 8m x 4m in size is fenced off for extra safety. There are also sun beds and garden table and chairs.

THE POSITION - This villa is very attractive and well positioned for a relaxing holiday and yet it is only a 2 minute drive to reach Coral Bay with its beach bar/restaurant and water sports and the best sandy beach in Paphos which is good for children as the sands slope gently into the sea making it safer. This area also has many restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and souvenir shops to choose from.

Kato Paphos and Paphos town and market are only 10 to 15 minutes drive away. The scenic area of St George is only 10 minutes drive further up the coast with a small harbour, some very good local tavernas and a delicious fish restaurant with tremendous views over the sea and a small beach with cafe. The protected area of the Akamas Peninsula is also only a short drive away as are the attractive villages of Polis and Latchi which are well worth a visit. We do recommend a car for this property.

The above rates are for up to 10 guests. Normal access time into this villa is 4pm with departure time on your last day being 11am. If alternative times are required please do ask as we are happy to organise this for you if at all possible.
