Five Bedroom Villa with view of Pafos coast

The Situation

This most spacious  villa, situated in a cul-de-sac within a very desirable elevated area, provides total privacy within its own spacious gardens of 2500sq metres; there are flourishing fruit trees including lemons, apples, pears, figs, plums and oranges and many beautifully scented flowers including the heady evening scent of the Jasmine blossom. The large, well maintained swimming pool (10m x 5m) is enclosed and gated making this very safe for families with young children. This pool is maintained during your stay.   Plenty of parking space available. Paphos town, market and the attractive harbour area with its many restaurants, pubs, shops and night life are only 10/15 minutes away by car as is Coral Bay, with its gently shelving sandy beach, providing safe bathing and all water sport facilities.

Facilities:

Outside: Garden, terrace, balcony, swimming pool, BBQ, sun-beds, deck chairs, shower,  parking.

Inside: Dining room seating 12 people, living room sitting 12 people, fully fitted kitchen including microwave, large fridge, large freezer, cooker, hob and all usual kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

General Items: TV,  Video, Cassette/ CD player,  Air-conditioning is available at CYP2.50 per unit per day if required, this is  paid locally and organized upon arrival if requested. There are 5 units, one in each of the bedrooms.

The Accommodation

There are five large airy bedrooms comfortably sleeping 12 people but more can be catered for if required, Upstairs has one double room with cot, en suite bathroom and patio doors to extremely large spacious balcony, two double bedrooms one of which has patio doors to spacious balcony  and one double room with extra single bed.  The fifth bedroom which is an en-suite triple  room is downstairs. The dining room and the living room both have seating for 12 people, and this area opens out onto another large patio which overlooks the pool.   In the kitchen we have a full oven and hob, large fridge and freezer, microwave oven, tea coffee making facilities, and all the usual utensils necessary for a fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine , ironing board and iron are housed in a separate utility room. The villa is tastefully furnished and provides all the comforts of home including air conditioning/heating if requested. Air conditioning is available at CYP2.50 per day per unit upon request.  

FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE SURROUNDING AREA

This beautiful villa is situated in Ayios Neophytos close to the ancient Monastery of Ayios Neophytos itself with the original worshipping church built by the hand of St Neophytos into the rocky cliff side.  The village of Tala is 2  minutes drive from the Villa and offers traditional tavernas serving good food and drink  at good prices, there is also a village shop for your basic needs.  Only 5 minutes in the opposite direction to Tala is the main Paphos road which has a small shopping area with supermarket, bakery, newsagents, kiosk, takeaway etc and this is  also the road which takes you directly into Paphos town within maximum of 10 minutes. The harbour and sea front area are within 10-15 minutes drive where you can take boat trips around the coast or maybe a glass bottom boat trip a bit closer to land.  There is also the House of Dionysos a wonderful example of ancient mosaics plus the working amphitheatre close to the harbor.   Polis and Latchi are within approx 20 minutes drive and are well worth a visit.  You will find the pleasant village square of Polis and  close by the attractive fishing village of Latchi which is  delightful for swimming and an snorkeling in the clear waters. There is something for everyone when staying in the Paphos area plus of course an average of 340 days sunshine a year just to assist in your enjoyment.

The above rates are applicable for 1 - 12 people.

Please Note:  Air conditioning is available upon request at an extra charge of CYP2.50 per unit per day.  For persons above the 1-12 specified above please add on GBP30 per extra  person per week. 

NORMAL ACCESS TIME INTO THIS VILLA IS 4PM AND DEPARTURE TIME ON YOUR LAST DAY IS 11AM.  IF YOU REQUIRE ALTERNATIVE TIMES TO THESE PLEASE DO ASK AS WE ARE HAPPY TO ORGANISE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
