THE VILLA - Kyrenia Villa is a most attractive and spacious accommodation which has been
newly and tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary items
to make your holiday very comfortable. The villa has two seating areas both
with full three piece suites and coffee tables. The main seating area also has
TV and attractive fireplace which adds to the character of the villa. The
living area is large and open plan with the dining area seating maximum of 8
people it also has CD/cassette/radio player. This area in turn leads to the
fully fitted wooden kitchen. Kitchen facilities are excellent and include dishwasher, washing
machine, large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle,
iron and board, clothes drying line plus of course all the usual kitchen utensils. The back kitchen
door leads to a
raised and shaded patio area with garden table and chairs. The villa has three
large bedrooms one double room which has full en suite
and the other two bedrooms, both twin rooms sharing another full bathroom, a
third toilet and washroom are off the main living room. All bedrooms are
spacious, have plenty of cupboard space and offer air conditioning if required at CYP2.50 per unit per day. this can be organised
and paid for locally upon
arrival. The
garden of the villa is walled and gated with a 4 x 8 metre swimming pool,
lovely patio area with garden table , chairs and sunbeds. There are trees, flowers
, shrubs and garden lighting plus private off the road parking. All in all this
is a most attractive villa in the Tala area which slightly
out of Paphos town.
THE POSITION - Only 2 minutes drive to the lovely village of Tala where you will find some excellent local tavernas, 2 village shops, two cafes and pub with indoor and outdoor seating. It takes only 5 minutes to reach the local supermarket and 10 minutes to all facilities including the market , Coral Bay which is the most popular beach area in Paphos offering water sports, beach bar and showers plus a gently sloping beach making it a safer place for children. Paphos harbour is about 15 mins drive and has many historic sites to visit including the medieval fort at the harbour, the working amphitheatre, wonderful example of mosiacs in the "House of Dionysis" and The Tombs of the Kings. There are boat trips from the harbour with many different types on offer such as glass bottom boat, sailing ship and sunset trips. Cyprus itself is renowned for its long hot summers, bright and sunny climate with mild winters and with an average of 340 days of sunshine is sure to assist with a wonderful holiday in an area offering you the kind of holiday you require, whether its full of activity or just for relaxing round the pool and soaking it all up Cyprus has something to offer everyone.
