THE POSITION - Well maintained ,new detached villas in an ideal location facing due west towards the sea with a pleasing view of the sunset over the Mediterranean, set off the road in a cul de sac which is quiet and beautifully situated for a relaxing holiday around an extremely inviting swimming pool (14m x 8m) Only 4 Km away from the best sandy beach in Paphos - Coral bay. - 3 minutes drive from the local tavernas and traditional Greek dancing and only 3km from the picturesque harbour with its many shops restaurants and night life. Local Pub/cafe, kiosk offering basic essentials and taverna within walking distance. A car is recommended when staying in this villa although not essential as only 300m to the main coast road of Tombs of the Kings where public transport and taxis are available.

The Accomodation and Facilities: Two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. Bathroom with shower. Spacious living area with two very easy to convert sofa beds or put u up, armchairs, coffee tables, TV and CD/cassette player, dining table with seating for 6 people. Kitchen area with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and all standard necessary kitchen utensils. Air conditioning available in both bedrooms upon request at CYP2.50 per unit per day, this can be organised on arrival and paid for locally..
Outside: Sizable balcony with table and chairs, terrace around large (14m x 8m ) swimming pool with sun-beds and umbrellas, 2m x2m paddling pool for smaller children, BBQ, foliage, fruit and vegetable gardens, private car park area for each villa. .

The above rates are for 1 - 6 people. In the case of bigger group 2, 3 or more villas can be occupied.
Normal access time into these villas is 3pm onwards with departure on the last day at 12:00. If any alternative tiems are required please do ask as we will be happy to organise this for you if at all possible.
