Driving towards Coral Bay you turn right into Peyia village with its local tavernas and pubs into the elevated position just past the centre of the village offering fabulous views of the Coral Bay and  Paphos coastline.  

The entrance to this lovely  villa is reached by driving into the spacious parking area which also has a completely covered parking area as well as an open one so your car would stay cooler and out of the sun - a big plus for over here at that time of the year! - Steps lead to the front door which leads to the open plan seating, dining and kitchen area which is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, fridge/ freezer plus of course all the necessary kitchen utensils.  There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom downstairs and also another guest toilet.  The living area has patio doors leading onto the attractive circular  balcony which offers wonderful views of the coastline and also overlooks the pool and surrounding patio area.  There is a feature swimming pool which has an overflow down the far side wall of the pool which can be lit up at night. This pool also has  Jacuzzi jets fitted into it for extra relaxation!.  Please bare in mind that on the photos the final pieces of balustrade are missing from the far side of the pool - these have now been fitted so the far side of the pool will NOT be open as it looks in the photos. but is  completely safely fenced off with no room to climb up on the far side     Below the overflow is a planted flower bed.   The patio area also has sun-beds and umbrellas plus bar-b-que.
 
The stairs inside lead to 3 further bedrooms, one double and 2 twin rooms each with private bathroom.  Two of the bedrooms upstairs also lead onto a balcony (which is the same size and design as the one downstairs)  There are air conditioning units in each bedroom and in the living room if requested at CYP2.50 per unit per day, this can be paid locally in cash on arrival if required.    Villa rental per week is  for up to 8 people with put you up available for a 9th person upon request.   The village of Peyia is 700m walking distance where you will find supermarket, tavernas, bars etc  and  Coral Bay itself which is a self contained area offering many good restaurants, bars, shops, bank etc plus of course the best beach area in Paphos which has gently sloping sands down into the sea, water sports and beach bar is only 3kms away

This villa offers the best of both worlds,  the feeling of space,  relaxation and being away from it all coupled with being close enough to walk to all the necessary facilities and reach the coast and beach within a few minutes drive.
