The Position

This maisonette is in an excellent position within the Kato Paphos area.  All facilities can genuinely be reached easily by foot and that includes the restaurants, bars, shops, the beach, the water park and the harbour area  so no car is required.  Although you are in the heart of the tourist area this maisonette has the huge benefit of being well away from all roads and has no passing traffic at all.  The properties along this part of the complex are  reached by driving down a long side driveway and there is car parking area directly in front of the property if a car is hired. 

The Maisonette

Situated in the beautiful lush complex of Ambrosia Gardens within  Kato Paphos, this  maisonette is a semi detached property with 3 bedrooms -2 of which have air conditioning, there is a full bathroom upstairs with a guest toilet /washroom downstairs. The double bedroom does have a small balcony which has a sea view and overlooks the pool area which as you can see by the photographs is  a very lush green area with flowers, trees and many shrubs.

The downstairs comprises of entrance hall with stairs and downstairs toilet, leading to the living/dining room which has TV and an air conditioning unit, dining table to seat 6 and settee with two chairs plus side coffee tables and lamps. The kitchen - which has washing machine, cooker, large fridge /freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster and usual kitchen utensils - is separate from the living area. The living room leads onto a most pleasant patio area with table and chairs and a sea view. You can follow the small path from the patio area to the garden gate which in turn leads to the swimming pool area where you will find  many attractive shrubs, trees and flowers in the garden  whilst the sun bed area is paved all around the pool.  There are 4 sun beds which belong to this property so you are always assured of your place in the sunshine. 

The front of the property has no buildings at all only a "hedging" of trees and shrubs.

The above rates are applicable for 1 - 6 people and the air conditioning units are available upon request at an extra charge of CYP2.50 per unit per day.
